DJM Photography print packages are designed to turn your favorite portraits into beautiful, professionally printed keepsakes for you and your family.

Depending on the package selected, your order may include 5×7 prints, 8×10 prints, 11×14 prints, mini wallets, and/or a custom double-sided yard sign.

Important Product Information:

• All products are professionally printed using the images you select from your final gallery.

• Print packages include physical products only unless otherwise stated.

• Photography sessions and digital images are sold separately.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct images for each print size.

• Images may require minor cropping to accommodate different print dimensions.

• Colors may vary slightly between your phone/computer screen and the finished printed product.

• Yard signs are custom-designed using your selected portrait(s).

• Orders are submitted for production after payment and image selections have been received.

• Please carefully review all selections before submitting your order.

Because all prints, wallet prints, and yard signs are custom-made specifically for each client, all sales are final once an order has been submitted for production.

Orders may be changed or canceled before they are submitted to the print lab. Once production has begun, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or changes due to customer selection errors or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by DJM Photography or our professional print lab, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Photos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required.

When a verified production error or damage occurs, DJM Photography will work with you to have the affected item reprinted or replaced at no additional charge.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Incorrect images selected by the customer

• Customer-requested cropping or image choices

• Slight differences in color between digital screens and professional prints

• Change of mind after production begins

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Failure to pick up an order after notification

All print orders are first shipped to DJM Photography for quality control and inspection before being released or shipped to the customer. This allows us to personally inspect your products and make sure your order meets our quality standards.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for normal print processing, inspection, and preparation. Custom yard signs and larger orders may require additional processing time.

Production times are estimates and may vary during graduation season, holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery Options

Local Pickup:Customers may pick up completed orders from DJM Photography once they receive notification that their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation.

Shipping:Shipping is available for an additional charge when applicable. Shipping charges are calculated separately unless your selected package specifically states that shipping is included.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. DJM Photography is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist with legitimate delivery issues whenever possible.
