Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit To secure your photoshoot session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your appointment and covers any preparation needed before your session. Payment Options We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including Klarna, Afterpay, and customized payment plans for packages over $600. Payment plans will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. Please be aware that all final products, including digital images, prints, or other deliverables, will not be released until the full balance has been paid. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to reschedule within this time frame may result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations are non-refundable, though we will work with you to find a new date that suits both parties. Refund Policy Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a session is completed. In the event that the photoshoot cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Image Delivery Final images and products will be delivered once the full payment is received. Proof galleries will be sent out withing 72 hours after session. Turnaround time for digital gallery of edits typically 2-3 weeks, while printed products may take longer depending on the package chosen. Any delay in payment will extend the delivery timeline. Rights & Usage All images are copyrighted and remain the property of the photographer. Clients are granted rights to print and share images for personal use. Commercial use or resale of images is prohibited unless specifically agreed upon in writing. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
